Provide care to terminally ill patients in their own
homes and coordinate care provided by the Hospice team.
Hospice or home health experience preferred. Extensive
orientation provided. F/T position with benefits, after
successful completion of a 90 day orientation period.
Benefits include PTO, Health, Dental/Vision Insurance;
403b match of 3%, and more. Must possess a valid
California Nursing License. Salary based upon
experience.
